Yes. Fully covered out of our commission. Promos are based on a closed transaction with a full 3% commission. No hidden fees, no addbacks at closing.

What if I don't need all 4 promos?

Pick fewer if you want. The 4 is a max, not a min. We've never had a client decline all of them.

Can I substitute a promo for cash?

No — the program is structured as in-kind value, not cash. But the perks cover real expenses you'd have paid for anyway (cleaning, moving, warranty, etc.).

What if I'm doing both buying AND selling?

You pick 8 perks. Stacked savings. All in one transaction with one Utah 4 agent quarterbacking.

Do I have to pick perks before listing/looking?

Nope. You can finalize your picks any time before closing. Most clients decide during the inspection period.
